Second Based on your current challenge compare the two words on each line and select where you are on the continuum. One means you experience more of the word on the left, seven means you experience more of the word on the right
Example Do you currently experience more panic than self-control? Selecting the number 4 from the continuum reflects that you are more panicked than in control.
Third Use the first answer that comes to mind and try not to analyze the meaning behind the words. The better you are able to give honest, insightful answers about yourself the better you can assess what phase of Thrivorship you are in and move toward full Thrivorship!
